DISPATCH

Once placing your order you will receive an email from us with your order confirmation. If any of the pieces you ordered were not in stock, we might email you to let you know of the availability with our suppliers. If your items are not in stock in our Mona Vale store, please allow an additional 2-10 business days for them to reach us. This is because we need to allow shipping time from our supplier to get to us. However, if our warehouse is out of stock, or when a manufacturer is out of stock, items may be delayed up to 4 weeks but we will do our best to keep you informed of expected delivery dates. We part- ship, which means when you choose Express Delivery, we send out whatever we have in stock while we wait for the rest of your order to come in.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, please remember that while there may be some delays, your undelivered items remain on backorder with us. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.

If we have your items in stock, this means we have them in out Mona Vale store and they are ready to ship out. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to send you items. This also goes for special ordered items. Once they have reached us, please allow this time for us to get your order ready.

If you have placed a large order of instock and out of stock items, please feel free to contact us if you would like part of your order shipped separately and we can discuss your preferred shipping methods.

For shipping options within Australia, please see the table below. Shipping will be added during the checkout process, unless your order is over $150, then it’s FREE. All orders are traceable by Australia Post.

Standard Post (Registered) $7.95 2–3 working days
Express Post $12.95 Next day to most metro areas
These times might be varied depending on natural disasters, COVID-19 and strikes with in the Australia Post and flight companies. please refer to the AusPost website to track your order and see if there are any delays. We are unable to know the exact location of your items when they leave our store so if there are any issues please feel free to contact us and let us know but contacting AusPost will alert them of the delivery and status of your items.
